Iconic Beauty Brand Reveals New Concept Store
At the Luxurious ifc mall
CLINIQUE, a global leader in beauty, announced today that it will reveal its first new Concept Store in Asia at the ifc mall, the luxurious business and shopping centre of Hong Kong. This new destination will re-vamp the prestige beauty brand's shopping model to offer multiple levels of service, providing consumers with a one-of-a-kind, "Service as You Like It" experience. Breaking away all barriers, the new store invites consumers to interact with the brand in an open-sell environment.
New features include makeup and foundation "bars" that encourage consumers to test and select products on their own, stand-alone makeup and skin care browsing areas, and intimate consultation areas which feature CLINIQUE's diagnostic two way mirrors. Inspired by today's woman and her shopping habits, the new 605 square foot space has been entirely remodeled, utilizing modern design and technology to enable multiple levels of shopping and customer service.

The new store brings Hong Kong the ultimate CLINIQUE Experience with the concept "Service As You Like It", allowing consumers to unique access to CLINIQUE's knowledge and expertise on skin care, makeup and foundation. CLINIQUE shoppers at ifc mall can now enjoy one of the following custom-fit shopping experiences based on their unique needs and mood:
- Full Service: One-on-One Consultation. For those unsure of their needs or looking for recommendations, CLINIQUE's Consultants work with consumers to identify their skin type and personal concerns. From daily skin care to makeup application, CLINIQUE's full service model is rooted in education and unique-to-CLINIQUE tools that speak to the brand's dermatological heritage.
- Self-service: Play and Pay. Customers are now invited to self serve and interact with products on their own. For the first time, products will be available for play in a vibrant new Colour and Foundation Bars – all designed to provide easier access and empower the confident consumer. A CLINIQUE Consultant is always on site for support, creating more personalized relationships between Client and Consultant.
